(HEALTHSOUTH SLEEP CENTER LAB)(W BOISE PROF COMPLEX) To install 46 new pendant fire sprinkler heads in a new 3,851-ft/2 medical office tenant. This work is a 1st time tenant in a shell. The fire sprinkler work is related to new interior partitions and dropped ceilings. This building is fully fire sprinklered. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-01729.
