Relocate one fire sprinkler in Holly-John Kurtz office on the 9th floor. Add one sprinkler head in RBC-Reception desk on the 11th floor. Fire sprinkler work is related to overspacing of the office corridor. This building is sprinklered for one-hour substitution. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to a building permit.
