The associated building permit (BLD 03-01644) is to construct a new 3860 square foot (including unfinished future office area), one story, wood framed education and office building with concrete slab floors. This project includes the construction of a 735 square foot future office space at the north end of the building. Only the shell of this office portion will be constructed under this permit. There will be no finishes, electrical or mechanical installed in this portion of the building under this permit. A separate permit will be required to finish the office area for occupancy. This building is designed using the non-separated use provisions of IBC Sec. 302.2.3.2. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
