HDR-BOISE-RIVER QUARRY BLDG C-1ST FLR * A 'Certificate of Occupancy' for "HDR-BOISE" new tenant, is required. To modify fire sprinklers by relocating and adding fire sprinklers for the remodel of an 18,860-ft/2 of area on the 1st floor for office tenant per approved plans. Fire sprinkler work is related to selective demolition; construction of interior non-bearing walls, to create two new tenant spaces of 2,028-ft/2, which will be a Vanilla Finish of which no fire sprinkler work is addressed in this areas relating to this fire permit scope of work as shown. A Separate permit will be required in this area for occupancy. The remaining area is: 14,800-ft/2 (HDR-Boise) which entails adding/relocating 80 sprinkler heads to create private offices, open offices and support areas. Building is fully sprinklered as substitution for 1-hour construction. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
