To provide one duct detector for HVAC shutdown and reprogram the existing fire alarm control panel for the three other duct detectors. The required sprinkler monitoring fire alarm system includes HVAC shutdown.

Additional scope of work is to remove all security devices from this system and this system shall function as a fire alarm panel only.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-01255) is to construct a 12,754 sq.ft. office in the southwest section an existing 69,516 sq. ft. building per approved plans. Work includes construction of interior frame walls to create tenant space, private offices, open office area, conference room, break room, restrooms / showers, waiting / reception area and upgrade to electrical, mechanical, plumbing & fire sprinkler systems to meet tenant needs and provide minimum code compliance per current adopted codes, per approved plans including red-lined notes and all attached plan review conditions of all reviewing agencies.
