(SEZ LLC - ADA COUNTY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT - 2ND FLOOR) To relocate and add fire sprinklers for the remodel of an existing 10,660-ft/2 office tenant space, located on the 2nd floor of the Ada County Courthouse. Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings. This building is fire sprinklered because it has an occupied floor more than 55 feet above the ground. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
