(BOISE CITY HOUSING)(OFFICE REMODEL) Sprinkler work is to add one sprinkler pendant into a new corridor. Building scope of work is to remodel an existing 362 sq.ft. area formerly utilized as a conference room to convert to individual offices per approved plans. Work to include extension of rated corridor, replacing of light fixtures and repairing of suspended ceiling, the installation of mechanical ducts throught the ceiling must be fire dampered. Any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 MJP
