(DR PAUL COLLINS - PLAZA 1520 - 2ND FLR) To add and relocate fire sprinklers in the creation of a 2,400-ft/2 medical office on the 2nd floor of an existing 26,100-ft/2 2 story with basement building. Work is related to new interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings per plan review comments. This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
