The booth is to be installed as part of the tenant improvement project under BLD04-02558.THE PHIX - STE 112, the scope of which is: This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase, to avoid fire barriers, to increase fire area, and to provide flexibility for future occupancies. To prepare an existing 1,490 square foot tenant space for occupancy. A 364 square foot paint booth will be installed. The paint booth shall comply with the 2000 International Fire Code and with NFPA 33. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The existing restroom shall be maintained accessible to the disabled. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
