To relocate a duct smoke detector and provide total coverage notification (by adding new and relocating existing horn/strobes) to an existing fire alarm system. The required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, elevator recall/shutdown, door release, HVAC shutdown and notification throughout.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-019591) is to remodel 18,860 sq.ft. of area on the 1st floor for office tenant per approved plans. Work includes selective demolition; construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two new tenant spaces of 2,028 sq. ft. (Vanilla Finish-NO TENANT- under separate permit) and 14,800 sq. ft. (HDR-Boise); to create new private offices, open offices and support areas; upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems for tenant needs and minimum code compliance. PC04-552/drs (HDR-BOISE)(RIVER QUARRY BLDG C-1ST FLR) A 'Certificate of Occupancy' for "HDR-BOISE" new tenant, is required. Building is fully sprinklered as substitution for 1-hour construction.
