PICA - LAW OFFICE - 3RD FLOOR) To change out, relocate and add fire sprinklers for the remodel of an existing 2,107-ft/2, (1,802 square feet inside and 305 square feet on the terrace) for a new office tenant, located on the 3rd floor of a high-rise building. Fire sprinkler work is related to new nonbearing interior walls and suspended ceilings. This building is fire sprinklered to meet high-rise provisions. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
