The associated building permit (BLD 04-01608) is to construct a new 8,540 sq.ft. single story, CMU exterior wall with B deck roof, noncombustible, dry cleaning plant with 2,100 sq.ft. covered exterior loading area. Additional work included in this permit is for on site landscaping and parking lot. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. NOTE: A fire sprinkler system is required through out this building per IFC Section 1208. Separate permits are required to be obtained for the demolition of the existing buildings on this site.
