Micron Building #24D - Fab 4B Install New Cougar Labs Evaporator - (PCS#7219) * To relocate one and add one SSP fire sprinklers for the reconfiguring of approximately 22 lineal feet of cleanroom wall and ceiling work between Exotic Metals Bay 2 #151B and Service Aisle #2454S, for new tool installation. No underfloor or above ceiling work allowed above what is addressed in this permit. This work is being done on the first floor of Building #24D between grid lines D.5&E.5, north of grid line #29. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
