(HEWLETT PACKARD 3-5 LINK) To add, relocate and adjust 10 fire sprinkler heads for the reconfiguration of walls in the lower link area for offices. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of new interior, non-combustible walls to create three rooms, a private office & 2 exam rooms, from the original two offices. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-00763.
