(Bown Crossing Market Place-Bldg B) * To install a complete overhead fire sprinkler protection in a new 7,100-ft/2 two story multi-tenant, shell building, with the second floor for residential building. The 1st floor is 3,680-ft/2 and the 2nd floor is 3,420-ft/2. This building must be fire sprinklered to meet NFPA 13 as required by Section 704.8.1. This is a SHELL ONLY building, separate permits, plans and certificate of occupancies must be obtained for each tenant space to be finished and occupied. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2000, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work. The underground fire service supply was installed under FIR04-00083. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-02192.
