To Provide seventeen new duct smoke detectors to an existing fire sprinkler monitoring system.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-01827) is to construct interior improvements within the 17,200 square foot first floor office/storage area AND within the 17,200 square foot second floor office/storage area within an existing 89,400 square foot tenant space. There are no proposed improvements within the existing 55,000 square foot warehouse area. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior windows, interior doors, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file.
