(ON THE SPOT CLEANERS - COLE VILLAGE) To add 15 new pendants and relocate 5 existing pendant fire sprinklers for the remodel of an existing 4,296-ft/2 new space for a dry cleaning tenant. This project is a change of Occupancy Classification. Fire sprinkler work is related to 2 restrooms, interior nonbearing walls, installation of light fixtures and suspended ceiling. (An 867-ft/2 mezzanine was demolished under fire permit FIR04-00640). This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. The fire sprinkler system serving this tenant space shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
