(BIKRAM YOGA)(WATERFRONT OFFICES-BLDG B-1ST FLR) To add 3 fire pendant fire sprinklers for the dividing up of a 5,867-ft/2 existing office space for a 3,014-ft/2 yoga studio, with associated reception, office and dressing rooms. The fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of new interior (non-bearing) walls. Building is sprinklered for allowable area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
