To provide total coverage notification (by adding new and relocating existing horn/strobes) to an existing fire alarm system. The required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, elevator recall/shutdown, door release, HVAC shutdown and notification throughout.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-02382) is to create a future tenant space by constructing new interior wall surrounding a new 2,028 sq. ft area of the existing 18,860 sq. ft. first floor. Work includes framing, wall finish; upgrades of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression & alarm systems as per tenant needs and to meet minimum codes. PC04-552/drs (VANILLA FINISH - NO TENANT OR OCCUPANCY)(River Quarry Bldg. C, 1st Floor) A "Letter of Compliance" is required. NOTE: Building is fully sprinklered as substitution for 1-hour construction.
