To provide total notification coverage to the remodeled area in the BLDG 3-5 Link, Medical Offices to an existing fire alarm system. The required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, required automatic detection, HVAC shutdown, fire/smoke damper control, door release and notification throughout.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-02728) is to reconfigure wall in the lower link area for offices per approved plans. Work includes selective demolition within existing office spaces and construction of new interior, non-combustible walls to create three rooms, a private office & 2 exam rooms, from the original two offices; relocate existing restroom access door; upgrade and or modify electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinklers & alarms system to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances. drs (HEWLETT PACKARD 3-5 LINK)
