(SALON 117)(WELSH CENTER-2ND FLR) To modify and existing (shell) system for a new 1,968-ft/2 hair salon and two accessible restrooms located in the core area at the south end of second floor (not included or allowed under this [scope of work] permit). The fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of interior demising walls, interior nonbearing partitions, one-hour enclosure around the patio area, and two new (T.I.) restrooms. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
