(NO TENANT-VANILLA FINISH)(RIVERWALK CENTER-STE 160) To modify an existing shell system to finish an 814-ft/2 portion of an existing (BLD03-01692) shell building, to be used for an office tenant. The fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of new interior partitions and suspended ceiling system, to create two office areas and reception area. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-00799.
