The new fire alarm system will monitor one flow switch, two tamper switches, one PIV, one smoke detector, two duct smoke detectors and a horn. The associated building permit (BLD 03-02187) is to remodel and upgrade approximately 6,617 sq.ft. of space on the east side of the building for future tenants, and remodel 1,717 sq.ft. of basement area for Future office space per approved plans and engineering.
