(NIMBUS 360) To relocate, replace and add fire sprinkler protection for minor remodel work located on the second floor of an existing 8,950-ft/2 office tenant (K2 Construction), by reducing the size of the existing office tenant to 3451-ft/2 & create a separate office space of 3019-ft/2. Fire sprinkler work is related the construction of two nonrated corridors to access core area restrooms and exit access from both tenant spaces. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
