To provide total notification to the remodeled spaces as shown on the plan. Seven (7) notification appliances are new and three (3) are relocated. The required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, HVAC shutdown, fire/smoke damper control, and notification throughout monitored by a proprietary station.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-02940) is to remodel within an existing 34,400 sq. ft. building for current tenant as per approved plans, to include red-line notes on plans and all attached plan review conditions. Work includes selective demolition; construction of two new training rooms, a demonstration room, four small one-on-one meeting rooms and new office cubicles; modifications to existing training rooms, vending area and electrical & mechanical room walls; upgrade of mechanical, electrical and fire sprinkler systems and installation of new interior finishes.
