Main floor of this space is 2,555 sq. ft. and the upper level is 775 sq. ft. Work to include new interior walls, new interior doors and windows, some new framed ceilings and soffit work, interior finish, new built-in counters/cabinets, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work.
