(BAIRD'S DRY CLEANERS UNDERGROUND) To install approximately 60'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC (underground) pipe from the property line in N. Beach Street, running West into the N.E. corner and up through a finished floor approximately 6" with a 6" Ames Series SS "In-Building Riser" for a new 8,540-ft/2 single story, CMU exterior walled, noncombustible, dry cleaning plant, with 2,100-ft/2 covered exterior loading area. Fire sprinkler protection is required throughout this building per IFC Section 1208. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code.
