BODO - BUILDING #4 (SHELL & CORE) - To install 6" C-900 PVC from approximately 5'-0" out from the outside of the building, located off 8th street, under the footing and up through the finished floor with 6" Ductile Iron approximately 6" with a M.J. x Flange adapter, of a fire sprinkler control room. This service is the underground fire service supply for a new 52,260-ft/2, two story, noncombustible, fully fire sprinklered shell and core building for (future) office, retail and restaurant tenants. The fire sprinkler system is being used for area increase. This is an underground fire permit only. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-01323.
