BODO - BUILDING #7 (SHELL-UG) - To install 6" C-900 PVC from approximately39'-0" out from the south side of the building, located off Broad Street, running north under the footing and up through the finished floor with 6" Ductile Iron approximately 6" with a M.J. x Flange adapter, of a fire sprinkler control room. This service is the underground fire service supply for a new 135,950-ft/2 multi-plex theater, offices, retail and restaurant tenants. The fire sprinkler system is being used for area increase. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. This is an underground fire permit only. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code.
