(FEDERAL DEFENDERS OFFICE - TENANT EXPANSION - 3RD FLOOR) To add 5 SSP and relocate 3 existing SSP's in an existing office tenant space located on the 3rd floor of an existing 5 story building. This space will be expanded into an adjacent 1,278-ft/2 area on one side and reduced by 418-ft/2 on another side. After the remodel, this tenant space will have a total floor area of about 3,837-ft/2. The fire sprinkler work is related to new interior nonbearing walls, a 1-hr corridor wall. The fire sprinkler system is used to allow for the 5th story (1979 UBC). This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
