(GROUP ONE) To add 12 and relocate 7 sprinklers for the remodel of an existing 12,070-ft/2 space located on the 3rd floor for a new office tenant. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of new partitions to create four new office spaces, a breakroom and an elevator vestibule. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour fire-resistive substitution. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-02941.
