(MOXIE JAVA-HIGHLAND STATION) To relocate 16 and add 1 fire sprinkler heads, for the construction of an 896-ft/2 lease space coffee shop in the northwest corner of existing building. This fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of interior partitions to define storage / work area, front service area and public area and the installation of combination gyp board and suspended ceiling grid ceiling & soffits. This building is fully sprinklered. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-02661.
