To provide total coverage notification (speaker/strobes) to the remodeled area (White Pines) located in Concourse "B". Based upon an upgrade agreement dated October 26, 2004 (included in packet), for Moxie Java remodel, all of Concourse "B" fire alarm system will be upgraded by September 30, 2005. At this time, there is a "mix" (horns and speakers) of notification appliances. The required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring, required automatic detection, non-required automatic detection, HVAC shutdown, fire/smoke damper control, door release, elevator recall/shutdown and notification throughout.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-02809) is to combine two existing tenant spaces into one 1,280 square foot retail sales tenant space. This tenant space is located in "Original Concourse B". Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a suspended ceiling, a gypsum board soffit, horizontal sliding security grilles, millwork, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW** (WHITE PINES TRAVEL MART - BOISE AIR TERMINAL - ORIGINAL CONCOURSE B) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance rated construction.
