MICRON BUILDING #80 - LITHO AREA FOR NEW E-BEAM TOOL (#80-20047839) - To relocate three existing fire sprinklers on the 1st floor for demolition and remove approximately 87 lineal feet of cleanpak wall and approximately 64 lineal feet of gypsum board wall separating the Litho Support 109B from the Future E-Beam #108 areas and ceiling work for the new E-Beam areas expanded into the old Litho Support area. Also to install 8 fire sprinklers on the 2nd floor, for protection of newly installed HVAC ducts. This work is being done on the first and second floors of Building #80 between grid lines 1&3 and G&H. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2000 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-0225.
