(PRETZELMAKER)(BOISE TOWNE SQUARE-SPACE #1035) To relocate and drop 12 pendant fire sprinklers in the remodel a 918-ft/2 space, for a food service tenant. Fire sprinkler work is related to removal of the existing storefront, installation of a Box Beam across the front of tenant space to support new framing, construction of nonbearing partition, a small walk-in freezer and ceiling tile with lighting and HVAC louvers. This building is fully fire sprinklered. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
