The fire alarm system includes manual pull stations, sprinkler monitoring, elevator recall, automatic detection, and notification (audible only) throughout. No written comments, PDS Fire Inspector to field verify smoke detector functionality and audibility in the TI space. A 1998 agreement signed by F. Varley allows audible only throughout the building. The Building Permit (BLD 04-02778) is to remodel an existing 1,219 sq.ft. doctor's office per approved plans. Work includes selective demolition to create a fully accessible restroom & replace existing drywall; replacement of cabinetry and sinks in procedure and exam rooms; replace old doors & frames with new doors, frames & hardware; to relocate light switches at doors having swing reversed; replace existing ceiling tiles, wall sheet rock & finishes; upgrade electrical, mechanical & plumbing to meet tenant needs and comply with minimum codes.
