CLOVERDALE DENTAL OFFICE BUILDING * This building is NOT fire sprinklered but requires protection in the medical gas storage closet of a new 3,825-ft/2, one story, wood framed, dental office building with a 990 square foot basement, per the IFC Chapter 3006 and the Fire Department published policy for protection for the same. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with these conditions, the 2003 IFC, the attached review comment list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD04-01711.
