To extend the existing shell manual fire alarm system within the entire 3rd floor tenant space, which was not done at the original TI stage. Work involves adding new a/v devices only; no new initiating devices or other system modifications are required.

The associated buildings permit (BLD 04-02941 - Group One is to remodel an existing 12,070 sq ft office space located on the 3rd floor for a new office tenant. Work to include, construction of new partitions to create four new office spaces, a break room and an elevator vestibule, installation of counters and sink, repair existing ceiling areas and flooring, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall be done per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. (rmh)
