THIS IS A TWO PHASED UNDERGROUND PROJECT: SAINT LUKES INTERNAL MEDICINE BUILDING STUB OUT ONLY * To install 2 underground risers (one 6" and one 4") with approximately 5'-0" stub-out from the footing, for the future installation of the underground fire sprinkler supply and remote FDC supply for a new 11,274-ft/2 single story, wood framed, medical office building, with a 600-ft/2 covered driveway entry canopy and a 459-ft/2 covered patio area. This fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD03-03031. SAINT LUKES INTERNAL MEDICINE BUILDING (UNDERGROUND) * To install 2 underground risers (one 6" and one 4") with 30'-0" of 4" C-900 PVC installed with an accessible drain pit at a location for an accessible (remote) FDC. Also the installation of approximately 144 of 6" C-900 PVC to an 8" existing looped supply main located in the middle of the east entry and driveway. This work is for a new 11,274-ft/2 single story, wood framed, medical office building, with a 600-ft/2 covered driveway entry canopy and a 459-ft/2 covered patio area.
