To install approximately 20'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC from the property line to elbow under the footing and 6" C-50 Ductile Iron riser with a flange adapter approximately 6" above the finish floor for the underground fire service supply in a new 5,640-ft/2 one story, type VB addition for a total 8,468-ft/2 structure. Fire sprinklers used for area and additional story in the existing building. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD04-02139.
