STERLING SAVINGS BANK-VELTEX BLDG-1ST FLR * To modify the existing shell fire sprinkler system by adding new pendant fire sprinklers for the finishing of approximately 5,494-ft/2 of interior tenant space for a bank. Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of interior partition walls, gridded ceiling system and a bank vault. This building is fully fire sprinklered for story increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-00115.
