(JV GALLERY - SUITE 102) To modify fire sprinklers in a shell building to create a 7,041-ft/2, 1st story tenant space comprising of 3,940-ft/2 showroom, 260-ft/2 office, 201-ft/ breakroom, 260-ft/2 restroom core and 2,380-ft/2 warehouse with interior tenant improvements. Fire sprinkler work is related to the addition of 2 restrooms, interior nonbearing walls, a new stairway to serve a future tenant on the 2nd floor and suspended ceilings. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase, story increase, and fire area. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
