GREENE RESIDENCE * To install a life safety fire sprinkler system in a new 2,669-ft/2 two story single family dwelling with a 1,721-ft/2 finished basement, a 958-ft/2 attached three car garage, provided with barrier protection on all walls facing the living spaces. This system shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device, commonly referred to as a flow switch, and connected to an audible outside alarm. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
