To connect the sprinkler flow and tamper monitoring to an existing sprinkler monitoring fire alarm system which includes HVAC shutdown. At this time, the FACP is monitoring two (2) duct detectors, a smoke over the panel and a manual pull station.

The associated building permit (BLD 04-02926) is to remodel an existing 5,003 sq. ft. building for a new retail tenant per approved plans. Work to include some miscellaneous interior demolition work, one new interior wall and door, new suspended ceiling, interior finish, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work. The exit corridor that serves the second exit from the retail sales floor will be downgraded to a non-rated corridor per the applicant under this permit. (Fully sprinklered M Occupancy.)
