3/23/2005 - Additional information regarding the scope of work includes the elevator machinery will be mounted in the pit of the hoistway. Recall shall be dependant upon a smoke detector located in the pit and a smoke detector installed in the top of the hoistway. (apparently requested by the state elevator inspector).

The associated building permit (BLD 04-00300) is to construct a new 37,750 square foot, two story, concrete tilt-up office/warehouse shell and core building and related site improvements. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. The core work includes the stairways, elevator and second floor restrooms and corridor. This building will be fully fire sprinklered. This is a shell and core permit only. No occupancy is allowed under this permit. 3/23/2005 - The associated building permit (BLD 04-01513) is to construct a tenant space occupying spaces on the first and second floors consisting of 11,249 sq.ft. of warehouse & production area on the 1st floor, and 7,513 sq.ft. of office on the 2nd floor per approved plans. Work to include, construction of accessible restroom on the first floor, construction of interior partitions, installation of suspended ceiling system and lighting, connecting new duct work to existing Hvac system, related interior finishes, this building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
