One at the entrance to Building #1 (PIV#1) is a 8" system lead-in control and the Sectional (PIV 5-47) control valves on a fire service loop located near building #7 & 5, discovered during an NFPA 25 annual inspection. Each PIV is tampered. This underground fire protection service supply work shall comply with IFC 2003, NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002, the attached review comment and conditions list; all regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any building permit.
