Description
To provide voice/evac, manual fire boxes at new exits and three (3) duct detectors for HVAC shutdown to an existing fire alarm system. The required manual fire alarm system includes HVAC shutdown, door release and notification throughout (upgraded to voice/evac in the sanctuary building only).

The associated building permit (BLD 04-00725) is to expand the 2nd floor seating area of the existing Sanctuary by about 2,183 square feet (176 seats). After the expansion the 2nd floor seating area within the sanctuary will have a floor area of about 3,844 square feet and an occupant load of about 282, based on fixed seats. Work is to include 2 new egress stairways. The 2nd floor expansion includes concrete footings, steel columns, steel beams, wood floor joists, and wood floor sheathing. In addition, to enclose the existing drive-thru canopy to increase the size of the East foyer by about 732 square feet. This building is also being expanded by about 430 square feet to create a 721 square foot prayer room. Work is to include concrete footings, masonry walls, EIFS, windows, roof trusses, roof sheathing, and roof coverings. All work shall comply with the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. Within the expansion areas, the fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW** (CALVARY CHAPEL - SANCTUARY EXPANSION) This building is fire sprinklered for area increase, story increase, and fire area.

Signals are still incorrect. Duct detector for hvac unit 10 comes in as dry system tamper. I need verification that all signals have been verified for all devices on the fire alarm system. Re-inspection fee required before the next inspeciton.
