The associated building permit (BLD03-01896) is to remodel a 1,212 sq.ft. of an office area in an existing 18,768 sq.ft. building which fabricates cabinets for new owner/tenant per approved plans and CAA04-00134. Work includes construction of two new accessible restrooms, installation of a suspended ceiling system, construction of interior noncombustible partitions, new lighting and bi-level switching, installation of three new exterior exit doors from the production area. Note: This building was constructed in Ada County in 1973 and annexed into Boise City on June 30, 1998. (9-29-04 PLAN MODIFICATION) THIS PLAN HAS BEEN MODIFIED PER PLAN SHEET A2.1 DATED SEPT 27TH 2004. THE RESTROOM IS BEING EXPANDED AND TWO ADDITIONAL URINALS HAVE BEEN ADDED IN THE OFFICE AREA.
