INTERMOUNTAIN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE-2ND FLR * To install 19 new SSP sprinklers for the remodel of a 1,727-ft/2 portion of the 2nd floor, for a new office tenant. The fire sprinkler work is related to the removal of nonbearing partitions, construction of interior partitions, relocation of existing lighting, HVAC registers for the reconfiguration of existing office space. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one hour substitution. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
