(SMARC LLC, IDX PATHOLOGY) To install approximately 5'-0" of 6", C-900 PVC fire service main under a footing and up to approximately 6" above the finished floor in a riser room with 6" Class 50 Ductile Iron in a remodeled 11,803-ft/2 warehouse (8,532-ft/2) & office (3,271-ft/2) for use as medical office & laboratory. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2000, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code.
